Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PostToWP. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account and connections

You are responsible for your account, the API keys you provide, and the WordPress site you connect. Only connect a website you own or are authorized to manage. Use a WordPress Application Password or other credentials with the minimum permissions appropriate for your work.

Your content and AI output

You retain responsibility for the subjects, notes, images, and content you provide. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, omissions, or material that is not suitable for your audience. Review every draft, factual claim, link, image, and WordPress setting before publishing. PostToWP creates drafts by default; choosing to publish is your decision.

Bring your own API key

PostToWP does not include AI usage credits. You are responsible for all charges, limits, policies, and availability associated with your OpenAI, OpenRouter, or other provider account. Model availability and pricing can change without notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use PostToWP to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malware, misrepresent identity, spam, or interfere with the service. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, credentials, or connected WordPress site.

Service availability

PostToWP is provided as an evolving service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including model choices or integrations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, original, or fit for a specific purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostToWP is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for losses arising from your use of generated content, AI-provider charges, WordPress changes, unauthorized credential use, or service interruptions.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent to support@posttowp.com.
