For help with sign-in, API connections, WordPress setup, or a generation error, email support@posttowp.com.

Never send API keys, WordPress Application Passwords, or full credential screenshots by email. If an error occurs, include the action you were taking, the model selected, and the non-sensitive error message or request ID.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that you can sign in and that your Account Settings are saved.
• Check that the selected AI provider has an active API key and available credits.
• For WordPress issues, confirm the site URL, username, and Application Password.
• Try the action once more and note the time it occurred.

WordPress posting

PostToWP creates WordPress drafts by default. Review the draft in WordPress before publishing it publicly.
